Convert with Factors, Check with Dimensions

Treat units as algebraic factors. Build conversion chains so unwanted units cancel, use scientific notation to manage powers of ten, and use dimensions to test whether an equation could be physically meaningful.

Example: 72 km/h × (1000 m/1 km) × (1 h/3600 s) = 20 m/s.
